    Dusseldorf - Germany vs. USA, Argentina vs. Serbia Maximo Gonzalez and Viktor Troicki are in action at the ARAG ATP World Team Championship on Monday, as singles rubbers pit Argentina vs. Serbia as well as the USA vs. Serbia.

    Viktor Troicki vs. Maximo Gonzalez (Blue Group)

    Serbian talent Viktor Troicki will take on Argentine Maximo Gonzalez in reverse singles late Monday. Serbia trails Argentina 1-0 after Juan Monaco dismissed Janko Tipsarevic in the opening match on Sunday, 6-4, 7-6. Three-time champion Argentina captured the top prize in 1980, 2002 and 2007.

    Troicki, ranked 41st in the world, turned in a solid showing two weeks ago at the tournament in Belgrade. The 23-year-old battled into the quarterfinal round before falling to compatriot and eventual champion Novak Djokovic 3-6, 2-6. The 77th-ranked Gonzalez reached the round of 16 in Estoril, bowing out to Paul Capdeville of Chile 6-2, 2-6, 3-6.

    Monday’s matchup marks the first meeting between the two competitors.

    United States 1, Germany 0

    Robby Ginepri will be looking to give the United States an insurmountable 2-0 lead over Germany when he takes on Philipp Kohlschreiber. World No. 60 Sam Querrey rallied from a set down on Sunday to defeat 33-year-old veteran Rainer Schuettler 2-6, 6-4, 6-2.
